This is pretty much an exact copy of whats going on with me. In fact, I left my inhaler at work, and had to drive in last night at 2200 to get it. Not sure what you mean by blowing it out though....

I do think there is a time to start being active when sick and I'm close to that (may even do an easy hour today), but probably still a good week off from real training. I can feel the FTP leaving my soul.
