JohnDThompson, you don't have to squeeze. The bottle has a special valve in the nozzle that lets water out and air in while you suck.
Tom: Which stainless steel bottles do you use? Every time I replace my bottles, I vow to switch to stainless and, for some reason, I never do. I think it's because the stores carry so few of them and the salespeople know so little about them.
