Ez ride Sunday morning then hung out on the lake all day. Some buddies invited me out stand up paddle boards. Which was a new experience for me. Did some deep water soloing (rock climbing, no ropes, over water) too which was a crazy experience as a new climber this year. Super fun and really gets the brain going. Clif diving after topping out was awesome too.
Today back to the gym after a pretty physically demanding day at work. Still hit some weights I've been building to. Continual progress. I cut creatine out of my regiment last week in hopes to lose the water weight in the lead up to LoToJa in 3 weeks.
