want shorter reach but still top quality stem for 26mm bars, Nitto of Japan is a good manufacturer, doing so now..
Technomic is their long quill model, to have the bars up higher..

Except Technomic stems don't fit older Cinelli handlebars with the 26.4mm center section. They only come in 26.0mm and 25.4mm clamp diameter.
