Shoveler duck, no. Smoked oysters, yes. And far too much liver and onions growing up. Mom and Dad loved it. Then the grocery store where Mom shopped started selling chicken livers in a tub, and they were delighted. Me? Not so much.
So, not big on liver. Kidneys, OTOH.....
AndI really prefer my oysters raw, if they're Chincoteagues.
