Any hub with an axle that is spaced at 120mm will fit in the rear dropouts of the Steamroller. So, any coaster brake hub or IGH with 120mm spacing will fit. Most coaster brake hubs are spaced at 120mm, but some IGH are wider, so you will need to check. For example, I have a Shimano Nexus 7-speed IGH that is spaced at 130mm. The only other requirement is that you be able to attach the reaction arm to the frame's chainstay, which is only a problem if the chainstay is abnormally large.
