This was supposed to be a big week for me but both Tuesday and Wednesday were days where my power was down or I just had to cut the workout short. I *think* I'm fresh today so we'll see.
I'm sitting at 72 CTL and imo, you need a transition week where you are going to have to train tired and suffer through if you want to jump to 80+ and get bigger aerobic gains. Going just by RPE and resting when I feel tired, I'd never go over 70 CTL. If I'm wrong about this I'd love to hear why.
