The biggest expense is a rear wheel with an 11sp hub. If you don't own one, or plan to upgrade the wheels, you need to factor that into your budget. Then you'll need an entire 11sp groupset plus some kind of bottom bracket adapter (I use the Praxis adapter.) I don't know if there are still crazy cheap deals on 11sp 105 (<$350 for the entire groupset from the UK sites.) My SL4 frame was a warranty replacement had 10sp 105 on it. I installed 11sp 105 on it myself and sold the old stuff for $250 on Craiglist so it ended up being a pretty cheap upgrade.
