yes, the serial number is consistent with some Nishiki models. The frame was manufactured in 1990, month 03, in Taiwan.
I have seen Prestige model frames that are similar, but the paint colour was always red.
The Nishiki Tri-A model was also similar, but may have been from 1989.
Thank you for your reply! After hours and hours of digging I ended up discovering it is a 1990 international performance equipe with Tange 1 tubing!
