How do I Decode a Vintage Takara Serial # Made By Kuwahara

Anyone have a guess as to how to read this Frame serial # ?
It belongs to a vintage Takara 1970's - 1980's (poss) - HS3683_ _ (last 2 #'s withheld)
One Bike Shop I called said they thought the last 5 Digits were the bike's
Personal ID # ?
Anyone ?
Just got it out of Denver. .

I'm also trying to Locate My 1973 or 1974 Takara Men's 10 (or) 12 Speed (Sorry, I can't remember which, I had 2 bad accidents),
either a Professional or a Medallion, 27 " I believe, (long Legged),
Fire Engine Red with Shimano Derailer, Racing Pedals with Foot holds, was Purchased by Me in Sun Valley, Summer 1973 or 1974 Brand New Mint,
Stolen from Me by "Family" in Colorado, Pikes Peak Region. .
Still Looking because this Takara has so much sentimental meaning to me, 44 years + counting
This Bike was still Alive in Colorado Springs less than 10 years ago. .
If anyone has this Bike, No Questions Asked, I know who took it, YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND I WILL GIVE YOU $100 FOR IT'S SAFE RETURN,
