It's not a Bianchi 1986 Limited but a substantially rebuilt 1986 Bianchi Sport SX, which was three models below the Limited and 11th in Bianchi's 15 model road lineup. The model name is clearly visible on the top tube. It's a good thing that I asked for the photo! The colour is Orchid, another purple tone used by Bianchi.
Thanks again ! I just can't seem to get out of mid level bikes, but it's one of
my better ones and I'm definitely faster on group rides. I knew it wasn't a top of the line Bianchi from that thread on Sport SX's, but
Bianchigirll 's comments on how much she liked hers gave me confidence to go forward with getting it.
