J U N K. Donate to the charity of your choice. We get bikes like this donated to the co op all the time. Sometimes we get a seat off of it, or pedals, or even inner tubes. Most of would go in the scrap bin as making it good to ride exceeds its value. But still with three or four donations like this one we can often make a usable bike out of it.
