OK, my friends. I am FINALLY clear of the last itchy of the Shingles. But, like Chicken Pox, I think I'm going to be scarred for at least awhile...

Alright. Last week I was again, 257. But that broke this morning, weighed in at 255. WOOOOOOOOO!
Heaviest 378
Surgery 356 on 10/22/18
Current weight 255. Officially, 101 pounds lost since surgery, 123 total!!!

So, yesterday was a big day for me. I missed a fast group, thankfully. They did 40 miles at just under 17 MPH. No way could I do that... I started off on my own, and got a message from someone that ride short notice. So that 2 mile warm up eas a good start...

My new riding friend and I are both veterans, having knee issues and ride a very similar pace, a good 13.4 mph. Not blistering but great for my thinning self!
