I have a 110mm ARX team and it looks more like 100mm to me.
First off, is there some magical performance to be gained from having it parallel to your top tube or can you admit that this is a total OCP move?

Second, top tubes on compact frames vary a lot. The only way you could know the exact angle you need is to determine the angle between your heat tube and your top tube (you could probably get a really good guess with a friggin' protractor). Whatever angle that is, subtract that from 180 and get that angle on your stem.
