You're a big guy so I'm not surprised at the 58-60". I'm only 5'9" and fit perfectly on a 54". A pro bike fit would give you some direction on this, including reach, stack, and stem adjustments. Hopefully, your LBS will will be able to tweek some of those to get you absolutely comfortable.
