converted bike. Used to ride road bikes, but lost interest. So, just to have a bike to commute, built this one with spare parts.
Old Giant TCR Aero frame (paint and stickers poorly made by me). Since this photo, i changed the pedals to clipless (shimano SPD-SL), the gearing now is 48X16, and the tensioner is pushing up the chain. I made a perfect chainline, with no noise at all. As soon as i touched the chain with the tensioner (Alfine one), I get noise
Maybe one of those Dmr style tensioners would work better?)
Anyways, what was suposed to be a cheap beater bike turned into a nice machine. I used to ride fixed also for some time, but right now the freedom of SS is really nice. Off course, a lot of upgrades are already planned
