BTW the boat survey aka home inspection went so well that essentially there was nothing valid the guy could ask for to knock down the price. This buyer is so annoying that of course he asked for a $5000 discount.
It was without justification but we threw him a bone and said $1000.
He comes back with ok but he wants us to split the cost of the Coast Guard documentation, another $300 from us. Which it a pretty outrageous thing for him to ask for, that’s something that clearly should be on him, after he finalized the purchase.
Whatever, of course we agreed to it on account of it being 0.1% of the total dollar amount of the overall sale. But this buyer dude is seriously annoying.
