Whoa nice bike! I hate to say it but has it been crashed? There is what looks like a bend in the top tube and down tube near the head tube. It's present in the shadow too, hopefully just a trick of the light or lens.

I thought that too at first, but it's called 'ovoid' for a reason! It's the french manufacturer's take on aero at an early stage. The top tube is flattened near the headset, and the down tube is round all along but has a very slight curve near the headset too. Very hard to explain, but you can see that it was meant to be this way when you have the frame in front of you.
