Put a different way, the requirement for Category 3 Track certification for Mass Start races at National Championships only applies to:
- Male Juniors aged 17-18.
- Elite Men (minimum CAT2 actually)
- Elite Women
- Masters aged 35-54
The CAT3 Requirement for Mass Start racing
DOES NOT apply to:
- Junior Boys aged 11-16
- All Junior Girls (aged 11-18)
- Masters aged 55+
