Heathpack, that's a long-ass VO2 max interval!
Rest day off the bike yesterday. Today was the
for-real last VO2 max workout of the build. Did 9x2' at 118-122%, 2' RBI. I'm getting more comfortable at that effort level, I had a few more in me at the end.
Yard work intervals in the afternoon, heat index in the 90s. I almost wish cold beer didn't taste so good afterward...emphasis on
