You're wrong. I've been using GC for 30 years. A week without it and I fall apart. Within a week of restacking it, I feel great. It is not an immediate fix. It requires a steady regimen to build it up. However, not all GC is equal. Liquid and soft gels are best. Most hard pills don't work near as effectively.
