My Magura HS66 rim brakes outperform any disk brake that has been made for bicycles. They are on my 1990 Burly Bongo Tandem. The rim is a larger disk. You can only get there flat bar versions now. So if you want dependability and ease of use than get the Magura HS33 for flat bars. The Travel Agents have been discontinued and are not easy to find.
