Don't you mean Kenda?

I can't remember ever seeing a ChengShin knobby in 27", but perhaps likely Cheng does make the 1-3/8" ClubRoost "inverted"-style knobby?

I've used the Kenda Knobby on the back wheel of my Miyata SixTen tourer. It rode and wore reasonably well but blew out in the center of the tread for unknown reason when the tread was about 2/3 worn. Here it is:
