I almost bought one of these. The model name was Gemini, which I thought was very clever and appropriate for a tandem and I wondered why nobody had though of it earlier. They were introduced in 1989 and this one appears to be the 1989-1990 version equipped with Deore-II. Original MSRP was $1499 US.
