That was the whole point! My work commute was on a 55mph two-lane State Highway. Well, the first 8-1/2 miles were. Nice to be SEEN!!! Then another mile-and-a-half on the same State Highway, but the speed limit dropped to 35mph... The remaining 1.5 miles was on side streets.
