Had an acute Big P attack four years ago, stayed off the bike for 10 days, a month of antibiotics etc. Did the usual research, switched to a Selle Italia SLR Superflow L saddle with tubular TI rails, just bought another one after 24,000 symptom-free miles. No reoccurrence but it could just be luck, no way to know definitively whether the saddle helped. It's very comfortable at least, but all anatomies are different and YMMV of course. Good luck!
