Public sells these, linked below. No idea about quality, but they have some other grips on their site that are “twist shift” specific. I mention this because the “twist grip” right side is 100mm and the other side 130mm on the other set. The set linked below does not specify length, but I assume it is also 100/130 like the other set. The linked set is cheap, so maybe buy 2 sets to get two 100mm grips.

I bought a new Public bike cheap to flip from someone who didn't have a clue about assembly. It had those grips and they are vinyl or pleather over a thin padding, the stitching was done very well.
