Same around here. A lot of people in worse shape than me are out in group rides, etc. and our Saturday hammer ride was fairly well populated.

If I was single I may join them. Since my wife is COVID 19 coordinator for a fairly big company, she gets to hear the deaths and cases, so were a bit more precautious than others. I spoke with her about my 'plan' to get back out there. I'm going to see how things are 2-3 weeks after reopening to go back out there.
