Right now the plan here is to have regular school + online school for those who have already opted for it. Sounds like a mess in the making.

My dad loved cabbage in all kinds of dishes. My mother made it for him quite often. Stuffed cabbage rolls, cole slaw, and all manner of German dishes. I love it too. Mrs. John uses it in a stir fry and it's yummy.
My grandmother made stuffed cabbage rolls back in the day (Eastern European). I opened a new can of sauerkraut this evening. It was good.
