Yup. It’s a 2 shot series and is about 95% effective. It’s fda approved for 50+ since it’s us older folks who are more prone to get it.
I had no problems with the latest shingles series (had the old one, too) but my wife had a lot of trouble.
Now, the mega-dose flu vaccine totally knocked me on my butt for 24 hours and it came on fast; fever, aches, etc. My wife only got a sore arm.
