Red Clover triplizers (and Jon) are great and I recommend them highly. But according to my memory and their website, Red Clover only makes them for 144mm (Campy) and 122mm (Stronglight) bolt center diameter cranks, so there is no red Clover product for a 130mm bcd (39 tooth smallest chainwheel) crankset, which is what the OP appears to have. If there was, I'd say buy it (and get the needed longer bottom bracket axle) and be all set.

Others do make tripilizers for 130mm bcd cranks, however. I just googled "130mm bcd triplizer" and came up with this, which sounds almost too good to be true. That price sounds suspiciously low, it's intended for 9sp, and it's in Spain but promises deiivery in a week or less. Ya pays y'r money and ya takes y'r chances.
