Surly Rat Ride 1X11 Anniversary Edition
Looking for a fat bike to ride on bike path during the winter. Saw this bike for $600 and I got the seller down to $350. Currently has 3" road type tires on rims capable of 4 1/2" tires.
It's a 2009 is it a decent bike for that price? I'll have to buy bigger tires before winter.
