6' 2" with shortish legs. I ride a 57 cm Lemond, but I've had 58 cm Cannondales and a 59 cm Bianchi. Top tube length is more important than seat tube length. You can make BIG adjustments with the seat post but much smaller adjustments through saddle position and stem lengths. Just make sure the standover isn't too close to the "valuables".
