A few months ago, decided to start training for a triathlon. Not sure if I will like it. I love running and biking, swimming not so much. I have not swum for many many years, not that I was ever a swimmer. Running was something I did for over 20 years, but not much in the last 10, so thats slow as well.

Have a Coach, and I get 3 weeks of build, with one recovery week. Taking some time to get used to that kind of volume. Some days I have 3 workouts such as Swim, Gym and Run

Part of the reason I am doing this training is that its supposed to be a good balance. When I was biking only I was getting a bit burned out. Now, when I get on my bike after 2 days of other training, I am fresh and excited to ride. Well, fresh as far as biking goes. This week is 14.5 hours of training, next week, 16.5

This week:
Monday: Off
Tuesday: 750 meters swim, 30 minutes gym, 35 minute run.
Wednesday: 1:15 on trainer, HR at 120 (That was tough)
Thursday: 1:15 bike in AM, 45 minute run with 10 minute tempo in PM
Friday: 1000 meters swim, 35 minutes gym
Saturday: 1:40 ride in AM, 1 hour run in PM
Sunday: 4 hour ride
