Yes! I am hypothyroid, with varying decrease of treatment success. The current moment is a generally well treated period. Biking to work has been fine, but I definitely feel like I get sweaty really easily with activity, especially in the AM. I am also pretty sensitive to heat, but I live somewhere mild. Can't help you there.

I do bring some water and try to sip some as soon as I get to my destination, or on the way as needed.

On the whole, if my levels are in compliance there are not adverse impacts to my exercising or activity. I am having more issues with some random injuries and hormones.
