2.5 hrs. on the phone waiting for someone at Delta to pick up. Its website is not clear about rescheduling and cancelling. It modified my schedule so much (from 2 flights and arriving early afternoon to 4 flights and arriving at 10 p.m., and some of the connections are so close I might not make them.) that I have a right to cancel and supposedly receive a voucher/refund. But it the website also says I am permitted to reschedule on line. When I tried to do the latter (was hoping for next year) it told me I couldn't reschedule at all on line, but it does offer me the ability to cancel. My guess is that it is steering people with cancellation rights in that direction and away from rescheduling right now until things normalize some.
