I tried and tried pour overs and finally gave away my pour over equipment to a friend. POs are very smooth but I like my coffee hot and rich which I never could achieve with a pour over.
Interesting; I guess I'm glad I'm easy to please.
I use a bunch of grounds to make mine, which gets it strong enough for my taste. Especially with super-dark roasts.
