Man, I long for the days when I only woke up once. Now, I can count on waking up 3-5 times, mostly to pee. (Yes, I've seen a doctor. They have no solutions. And the prostate exam wasn't fun.)

I'll occasionally take an Advil PM. It helps, but it leaves me a bit groggy in the morning. My bigger issue is I don't really fall asleep until about 4 am, which means 2 hours of sleep.

At our last team mountains camp, the guy sharing a bedroom with me complained about how restless I was sleeping. I toss and turn all night long.

I also have to use a sleep mask, mostly because I sleep with my eyes slightly open, so any light automatically wakes me.

When I had a Fitbit tracking my sleeping, it often said I got about 3 hours of sleep most nights.
