It is time to try 650b - Gravelking, Strada USH or Terreno Zero tire?

I think that I am finally ready to try 650b tires. I will be buying new set of wheelset and I am looking for a best tubeless tire that will be:

1. Fast on pavement but also safe on dry gravel.
2. As Supple as possible
3. With good puncture resistance

I have narrowed down the choice to 3 tires:

1. Panaracer Gravelking 650x48. Fast, supple but I don't know about puncture resistance when it comes to slick tire.
2. Donnelly Strada USH 650x50. The biggest volume, supposedly fast on pavement and good puncture protection but I don't know if this is the supplest tire on the market...
3. Vittoria Terreno Zero 650x47. New kid on the block so a big question mark but it looks super fast and rather good in terms of puncture protection. But how about suppleness?
