I am sort of in the same boat...sill obese though. started cycling years ago but started a program to lose weight through cycling about 8 month ago. I am down 45lbs there about. At my last check up my dotor said the same kind of thing.
In another 8-10 months you won't be obese, but still will be labeled fat! My doctor is awesome and brutally honest, she has been an amazing doctor over the years. She is just straight with me, I like that. Still makes me laugh
