I am a 6ft 3",300lb 50 year old with disabilities. I ride everyday to the store, across town to visit or eat maybe . 1600 miles so far in about 9-10 months.

I ride a Giant FCR4

Haven't slowed any. If anything I'm still going like a 35 year old.

I don't take any supplements.

I ride mostly around town. A 15 miler or so once in awhile.

Have been biking since 2003 since I learned that I could still stay upright on one. Am partially paralyzed on right side with less than normal balance.
