You're just into moving your legs. As far as I'm concerned, you should do a stair-stepper, or something like that. Those recumbent gym bikes are a pain in the keister, literally. Stair stepper for an hour one day, squats, deadlift, leg presses, extensions, the next day. Burn some calories, work the legs.
