Love the versatility of those old road bikes. We are just going back to that now with Gravel bikes where they are not so specific to a UCI standard or a race design. Just good overall flexibility. Amazing you can fit those tires on with the caliper brakes. Very nice photo as well. Thanks for sharing!

Does this count? It's a Tunturi-branded road bike with a lugged frame from around 1980. A couple of days ago I got clincher wheels for it, and of course I had to try if 35 mm Gravelking SK's would fit. They did. Just did the first ride in the woods and I'm not sure if the tubular road wheels are going back on it anytime soon.
