I’d pay a reasonable toll for access to a really good MUP, like 20 miles of smooth tarmac with no car intersections. It would have to be actually maintained though.
I wouldn't pay for access to anything that has walkers, joggers, or roller bladers on it, even if the surface were like glass and there were no road intersections. I don't want an MUP. I want an SUP. Till then, I'll stick to roads.
