OK I'll play...

Please tell us your age.

51. Really. I can't believe it myself.

1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Trek Fuel MTB; Bontrager Race Lite MTB; Trek Madone road bike; Surly Cross Check commuter, pub crawler, errand runner; Trek Checkpoint gravel/camping/touring

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
None.

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Not too bad. Mostly in the last couple of years. I find it takes longer to recover from hard rides though.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
BMX'er as a kid. Took a hiatus in teenage years (cars, girls, too cool), then found mtn. bikes in college and haven't stopped since.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Mtn bikes still my favorite but do mostly club road rides, some gravel races/rides, charity tours and light camping/touring.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Commute to work 3-4 days/week, plus club rides and whatever's happening on the weekend. Usually 4000-5000 miles/year.
