Looking for some advice

I am looking at the 2019 Giant Revolt Advanced 1 and 2 . I have never used a the SRAM Apex 1x11 , only the Shimano 105, 2x11.

My only concern with the 2 is the Giant Conduct SL, hydraulic , I haven't heard alot of good things about this.

I will use the bike 50% on the road and 50% on gravel . Based on this usage which would be a better option
