I have probably gotten a few more miles on the bike than you but not much more. First, I caught flu, then the weather got rainy so I've been riding no more than a few local rides around town. This schedule persisted for over a month. So yesterday finally dawned warmish and sunny and I rode 30 miles. It is surprising how far 30 miles can be when not so fit. I can see already it will be a long, painful road getting back summer trim.
