There have been 2 sitting in the shop for about 8 months now, no problems. Have one for myself, no problems. Never saw one returned with any issues either.

If you're looking to spend $100, you'd get a nicer one for that money, but to anyone else looking at this thread looking to save, the Hurricane Essential is great.
