Winter is upon us
People are beginning to hunker down for winter. A few days ago I rode past the harbor here in Bristol and noticed that boats moored out were thinning out. Today on the same ride, just 2-3 boats are left in the water. But just as telling for the approach of cold weather is that women are now wearing tall boots. I'm a mere 5' 61/2 " and some of those boots are taller than I am.
