59cm Reynolds 531 manganese moly steel frame/fork with:

Campagnolo 52/42 forged alloy crankset

Since the decals are gone its hard to identify the model.
The serial # starts with WK9, which means the frame
was built in the Carlton Workshop in Nottingham England
in July 1979.
I built the bike from the frame up with a new chain and cables.
